This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed on Dantemo Electronics (dantemoelectronics.com), operated by Dantemo Trading Private Limited.
Customers may request cancellation of their order before it has been shipped. Once an order is marked as "Shipped," cancellation requests cannot be processed. To request cancellation, please contact us at care@dantemoelectronics.com with your order number.
Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, if the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible, and the customer may instead use the return/refund process after delivery.
If the order was paid via UPI and is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For UPI payments, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, failed payment verification, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated if payment was already collected.
If your order contains multiple items, you may request partial cancellation for specific items before the order is shipped. The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
