How to File a Grievance

If you have a complaint or concern regarding our products, services, or any aspect of your experience with Dantemo Electronics, you may file a grievance by sending an email to grievance@dantemoelectronics.com with the following information: your name, order number (if applicable), contact details, and a detailed description of your complaint.

Resolution Timeline

We acknowledge all grievances within 48 hours of receipt. Our Grievance Officer shall address and resolve your complaint within 30 days from the date of receipt, as required under applicable Indian law.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you may escalate your complaint to the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum in your jurisdiction or the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000.
